Grand Opening of Pardee’s Manzanita
Trail Slated for March 21
New Homes in San Diego's North County
SAN DIEGO --- The grand opening of Manzanita Trail by Pardee Homes will take
place on Saturday, March 21st in master-planned Pacific Highlands Ranch with
model home tours, food and fun from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. First phase pricing
is anticipated to start in the low $700,000s.
“With four exciting new floor plans, Manzanita Trail is expected to appeal to
home shoppers seeking spacious homes, award-winning schools and a coastal-close
location,” said Rachel Collins, director of sales for Pardee Homes. “This
neighborhood has been developed with an environmental sensitivity that today’s
savvy buyers will appreciate, and an appealing street scene and spaciously
designed floor plans with both traditional entry and classic front porch homes.”
Featuring the casual elegance of Tuscan, California Craftsman, Coastal Cottage
and Spanish architecture, homes at Manzanita Trail range from approximately
2,357 to 3,218 square feet with three to six bedrooms, two and one-half to four
baths, and two-bay tandem and three-bay garages. Inviting courtyard and front
porch entries grace Plans 1 and 2.
“Manzanita Trail has something for everyone,” said Collins. “From great room
living in Plan 1 to the convenience of a downstairs bedroom in Plans 2, 3 and 4,
these homes are as versatile as they are elegant. An array of room options are
sure to appeal to families of all sizes. There are options for dens, offices,
garage workshops and master-bedroom decks, and every home is a LivingSmart®
home, complete with earth-friendly features designed to save money and preserve
the environment.”
“Our LivingSmart program helps preserve the land and its precious resources
while making the home environment more comfortable and efficient with features
such as energy-efficient appliances and lighting, tightly sealed ducts, Low E
spectrally selective glass and engineered and certified wood products.”
As part of the Pacific Highlands Ranch master-planned community, Manzanita Trail
is located in one of northern San Diego County’s largest coastal sites, just
east of Carmel Valley with easy access to Interstates 5 and 15 and Highway 56.
Residents of this premier community enjoy a number of thoughtfully planned and
proposed amenities, including an expanse of preserved habitat and a
state-of-the-art private recreation center with an elegant clubhouse, swimming
pool, spa, fitness center, barbecues, and children’s water play area. Future
plans include a multi-use trail system for hiking and biking and a Village
Center with a complement of everyday shopping conveniences and a library.
