Useful information from our Sponsors
Clean Energy Systems
Clean energy systems are now being used more than ever to help protect the
environment from pollution and damage. In fact, some leading companies
like AeroVironment Inc. are using wind, solar, and oceanic energies in order to
prevent environmental harm. Regarding these methods, AeroVironment Inc.
maintains that “These solutions, whether they provide power for remote
applications or are utility grid-connected, deliver Clean Energy that improves
our lives and minimizes our impact on the environment.”
AeroVironment Inc., however, exudes a distinguished level of expertise in the
realm of clean energy systems. While the company has been involved in wind
energy technologies since 1977, “wind energy projects have covered disciplines
including aerodynamics, control systems, remote sensing, meteorology, wind
engineering, code development, and measurement techniques.” AeroVironment Inc.
has also designed the Architectural WindTM, used for “commercial buildings in
urban and suburban environments.” One purposeful benefit of this product is that
it causes an increase in wind speeds, thus leading to the reactionary increase
of turbines’ electrical power generation by more than 50% compared to the power
generation that would result from systems situated outside of the acceleration
zone.”
Moreover, other organizations such as the International Association for Hydrogen
Energy are also heavily concerned about the development and implementation of
clean energy systems. According to the IAHE, “The Association strives to advance
the day when HYDROGEN ENERGY will become the principal means by which the world
will achieve its long-sought goal of Abundant Clean Energy for Mankind,”
especially since “Hydrogen is considered to be an ideal energy carrier in the
foreseeable future.”
Though the particulars about what the future actually holds is essentially
unforeseeable, here is hoping that it involves clean energy systems, and by
extension, a healthier and safer atmosphere for all.
